Once your order is confirmed, processing begins. This takes approximately 1 – 2 business days — not including weekends. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

Order shipping times to other countries can take from 1 week to 3 weeks

Please note that we clearly give you your options when checking out. We are NOT responsible for lost parcels or parcels that do not have tracking. You MUST pay for tracking and the appropriate insurance in order to make a claim for a lost parcel or have it tracked. We can not track items if you did not click and pay for that option.
If a parcel is shipped back to us, our standard procedure is as follows: We must wait for the parcel to be delivered back to us. We will then notify you and then we can either refund you or re-ship you your items.
In order to file a claim with the postal system we have to wait a standard 30 days in order to do so. We thank you for your patience.
