Cancellation Policy

Registration Deposit: Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD registration deposit.
Cancellation Options:
- Reschedule: You have the option to reschedule for the next available retreat.
- Cancel:
  - September 1 , 2023 – November 1, 2024: 50% refund of the trip price.
  - November 2, 2024 – Departure: No refund.
Trip Minimum: We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it doesn’t meet the minimum requirements. In this case, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Insurance: Trip cancellation insurance is recommended. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
Clarity Call: After your deposit, you’ll have a clarity call on Zoom with Jessica. If it’s mutually agreed during this call that the retreat isn’t a fit, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you proceed, the deposit is non-refundable.
